Marketplace requirements for Italian packaging EPR
What Amazon.it and Kaufland.it ask sellers for under Italian packaging EPR, where you enter it, and what they say about representatives and fees. From each platform's own pages, dated.
Each row is taken from the marketplace’s own pages on the date shown. Where a platform does not publish something, the cell says so. A marketplace collecting your CONAI number does not file your CONAI declarations: see what Amazon.it requires.

Selling into Italy without an Italian company?
Amazon.it asks for your CONAI number, and CONAI asks a foreign company for an Italian address. We are both, for €199 a year.
