We act as representative for packaging in Italy for companies that sell packaged goods into Italy and have no establishment there: their Italian address (domicilio speciale) for CONAI, their CONAI membership and declarations, and their authorised representative under PPWR Article 45(3). Italy’s decree implementing the PPWR is still pending, and we say so wherever it matters.
Our commercial interest, stated
We are one of the providers in our own price table. A comparison written by a competitor is worth nothing unless you can check it, so every competing row links to that provider’s own published page and our price sits in the same table under the same headings. We publish no ranking and we do not claim to be „best“. The one claim we do make is checkable: ours is the lowest published annual price in a dataset we date and source.
How we source
- Primary law first. D.Lgs. 152/2006 from Normattiva; L. 36/2026 from the Gazzetta Ufficiale; Regulation (EU) 2025/40 from EUR-Lex.
- CONAI second. Its rules for foreign companies and its published contribution.
- Marketplaces for their own requirements. Amazon.it notices and help pages, dated.
- Never another provider marketing page as authority for anything except that provider own price.
Corrections
Every dataset carries a changelog and a last-checked date; every guide carries the date it was last checked. Legal entity
We are EPRItalyRep (legal notice). Ask any provider which entity signs your mandate and which Italian address CONAI will write to, and ask for it in writing.
